Liz Starnes, Executive Director, graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelors Degree from Angelo State. Liz is best known for her watercolor portrait business. She has been commissioned to paint many children and grandchildren in San Angelo and the United States. Her work has won her national recognition and signature membership to the Southwestern Watercolor Society. It is her love of the arts and business that drew her to the job of Executive Director at Angelo Civic Theatre nearly one year ago.
