TICKET POLICIES TICKET PICK-UP: To eliminate long lines at the box office, we encourage you to pick up your tickets 48 hours in advance of the performance you are attending. TICKET CANCELLATIONS: If a secured reservation is not redeemed, the credit card will be charged for the price of the tickets. Season tickets that are not claimed will be removed from your total number of allowed admissions. UNPAID RESERVATIONS: Reservations not claimed 48 hours in advance may be canceled and made available for resale. WILL CALL: Season tickets and secured reservations will be held until 30 minutes prior to the performance at the WILL CALL window (the first window as you enter from the parking lot). The Civic reserves the right to fill all unoccupied seats at curtain time.
